The weeping and laughing and crying is not true emotion; it is a weakness of mind and heart; being overcome by an event or an imagining. An example at the moment of using the real power of emotion is Greta Thunberg. She speaks with power and simplicity (another attribute of pure emotion) and this is powerful and effective.
